Engineering
Your casting will start here.  Whether you supply us a blue print, a sample, or your own cad file, we will guarantee the fit and function of your final product.  Our on site engineering department will take your files and add draft, suggest machining stock, confirm wall thickness, decide upon key dimensions that we will track throughout our processes,  suggest alloys, and discuss tensile strength and elongation,  all which help to guarantee the performance of your casting to meet its design needs.

Foundry
Precision Enterprises offers you the most modern, state-of-the-art, automated foundry facilities in North America. We specialize in highly complex, highly cosmetic castings produced with a wide range of alloys. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a full range of design, pattern making, sand casting and machining services under one roof for a complete, cost-effective solution.

Machine Shop
From multiple vertical machining centers equipped with the 5th axis, to our 6 large horizontal machining center, Precision Enterprises can process nearly any size casting.  We currently machine 95% of the castings poured in our foundries. With decades of experience machining aluminum castings, you can expect parts that are precisely to print and on time, every time.

Quality Control
With ISO Q9001:2008 certified facilities, we offer documented, published and auditable procedures that ensure accuracy and high quality production standards.  In fact, quality is our key to success. We have developed a uniform system to address quality control that is used throughout all of our divisions. This system is fully automated and incorporates digital product photographs and blueprints along with all job/part specifications and tracking information.  Since we are a true "job shop" we do not run the same part day in and day out. Therefore, we measure parts over time, not count. We also work through a Product Parts Approval Process (PPAP) for first articles.  Shown below are examples of Set Up Documentation and PPAP Approval Process Documentation

Secondary Finishing & Assembly
From wet paint to powder coat, from hard-coat anodize to polishing, from bead blast to aluminum oxide, we can provide it all.  Take advantage of our certified suppliers developed over years of experience.  We take full responsibility for every part that is sourced on the outside.  All parts requiring secondary finishes are brought back into our inspection department to insure that your part arrives on time and to print.  We have developed proprietary powders that will allow machining after powder coating designed dot save money by eliminating all masking procedures.
